Aaron was one of the first people to contact me about this site and he sent me the link (below) to his thesis – in the very small world that it is, he even had a reference to Ray's article. This is a very well researched and written thesis which one day hopefully we can either reproduce or link to an electronic copy so that it is indexed and searchable.
